1. Open
your beach- image in PSP, duplicate (
Shift+D) and close the original. *** 2. Open
a new image, 1024 x 400 and fill it with
a bright colour from your
beach-image. It is your background-image ! *** 3.
"Effects - Texture Effects - Fine Leather"
with these Settings: 
*** 4. "Adjust
- Sharpness- Sharpen" *** 5. Copy
your beach-image ( Strg+C ) and put
it as a new layer into your background
image *** 6. "Adjust
- Blur - Motion Blur" with these
settings: 
*** 7. "Effects
- Distorion Effects - Twirl" with
these settings: 
*** 8. "Effects
- Edge Effects - Enhance" *** 9. Go
to your Layer palette, duplicate this
layer and activate the top highest layer. *** 10. "Image
- Mirror" and shift these two layers
with Twirls a little bit. *** 11. "Layer
- Merge - Merge Down" *** 12. Set
the opacity of your top layer to about 5O%. *** 13. "Layer
- Merge - Merge visible" *** 14. "Effects
- Image Effects - Seamless Tiling"
with these Settings: 
*** 15. Go
back to your beach-image "Layers
- Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from
Disk" with these settings: 
*** 16. "Layer
- Merge - Merge Group" *** 17. Copy
this mask-image (Strg+C) and put it as a
new layer into your background-image. *** 18. Shift
it on the left side *** 19. Activate
your Text Tool and write your name or
watersign on it. *** 20. "Layer
- Merge - Merge All" and save it as .jpg ***
