1. Open a new
image, transparent, 400
Pixel width and 250 Pixel height. *** 2. Activate
the Flood Fill Tool 
and choose two nice colours from your
tube. Foreground
is bright and Background is darker. with
these settings:

fill your image with the gradient. *** 4. "Adjust -
Blur - Average" with number
"31". *** 5.
"Effects - Texture-Effects - Blind"
with these settings:: 
If
you like black or white ? You can choose
it :-) *** 6. "Effects
- Plugins - Tessela -
Tessela 0-2" with these settings:

the settings of your gradient - stil just:

your Magic-Wand with these settings:: 
*** 9. Zoome
your image bigger. click
with your Magic Wand Tool into the lines,
do you like. for example:

you ready, fill these lines with

- 3D Effects - Drop Shadow" with
these settings:: 
Selection
none. *** 12. "Layer
- new Raster-Layer" activate
the Selection Tool with Option "Rectangle" *** 13. make
a rectangle on the left side, bottom. See
my example: 
*** 14. Copy
your Tube and past into selection of your
image. Selection none. "Adjust
- Sharpness - Sharpen" *** 15.
Layerpalette - Opacity 60 % , Blend
mode = Luminance ( Legacy) 
*** 16. Copy
your tube and past into the image as a new
layer. Put it on the
right side. "Merge
- Merge visible" *** 17. Just
the settings of your gradient-stil:

- new Raster-Layer" activate
the Selection Tool, Options "
Rectangle" make a
small rectangle from top to bottom.... see

fill with the gradient repeat

the Text Tool with a nice Font, and
write your Name. PSP 9 + X
with these settings:

Merge - Merge all. *** 24.
"Image - Add Border" with these

activate
the Magic-Wand-Tool and click into the
small border. *** 25.
Gradient settings: " Gold New
222" 
Flood
fill the border with this gold gradient.
Selection none. Merge -
Merge all. Save it at .jpg.
