1. Open a new image
300 Pixel width and 200 Pixel height. "Selection
- Selection all" *** 2. Copy
the winter- or landscape-image and past it
into the selection Selection

"Image - Greyscale". *** 4. "Effects
- Art Media Effects - Black Pencil"
with these settings: 
*** 5. "Adjust
- Sharpness - Sharpen more" In
the Layerpalette - Opacity 50 % *** 6. "Layer
- new Rasterlayer and put this new layer
to bottom . Style: Foreground
is a dark grey and background is a light
grey
Make a gradient with
these colors. Here my example:
*** 7.
Flood fill the bottom layer with this
gradient and "Merge" - "Merge
visible" *** 8.
"Image - Add Borders" , symm. 1
Pixel in the color white. *** 9. "Image
- Add Borders", symm. 1 Pixel in a
dark grey *** 10. "Edit
- copy" *** 11. Open
a new image: 500 x 500 Pixel Flood
fill with colour white. *** 12. "Edit
- Paste - Paste As New Layer" *** 13. "Effects
- 3D-Effects - Drop-Shadow" with
these settings: 
*** 14. Copy
your tube and past into the image as a new
layer. Put it on
the right side; Here
my example: 
*** 15. Put
your Ice-flower-Tubes and Snowstars on and
behind your Image. and
give them the drop shadow too as Step 13. *** 16. Activate
the Text-Tool, with a nice Font and Colour Write
your name or sign "Effects
- 3D-Effects - Drop Shadow" with the
settings of step 13 *** 17. Merge -
Merge all. Save it at .jpg ***
